Terms of Use

The basics of using this website, buying tickets and ordering from us.

Using this site

This website is provided by Quinn's of Drumcondra so you can find out what's on, book with us and shop with us. We keep the information on it as accurate as we can, but menus, prices, opening hours and line-ups change — sometimes at short notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm your booking or order.

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that breaks Irish law.

Tickets & events

  • Tickets are sold and processed by Ticket Tailor. Their terms and refund rules apply at checkout, alongside these terms.
  • Tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us. If we cancel, you'll be offered a refund or a transfer.
  • Advertised line-ups and support acts can change. A change of act is not in itself grounds for a refund.
  • Where a ticket includes something like a stein and a first drink, that's redeemable on the date of the event only.
  • Entry is subject to capacity, licensing hours and our right to refuse admission.

Prints & merch

  • Art prints and merchandise are sold through our Shopify store. Payment, delivery and returns are handled there and their terms apply at checkout.
  • You have the standard 14-day right to cancel most online orders under EU consumer rules. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed or dyed article.
  • Prints are produced in limited runs. If something sells out after you order, we'll refund you in full.

In the venue

Quinn's operates under Irish licensing law. Over-18s only after certain hours, and valid photo ID may be required. Our staff can refuse service or ask anyone to leave, and management's decision is final. Please be decent to the team and to each other.

Private hire is subject to a separate written agreement, including deposits and minimum spend.

Content & images

The Quinn's of Drumcondra name, logo, photography and written content on this site are ours or used with permission. Artwork by Dominic Denis remains the property of the artist. Please don't reproduce any of it commercially without asking us first — we're usually happy to say yes.

Photography and filming may take place at events in the venue and may be used for promotion. If you'd rather not appear, tell a member of staff or the photographer on the night.

Liability

We do our best to keep this site available and correct, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Governing law

This website is operated by Discipulo Developments Limited (company number 659123), registered at Commercial House, Millbank Business Park, Lucan, Dublin K78 X5W6, trading as Quinn's of Drumcondra. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
