Waking the sleeping giant.

Quinn's of Drumcondra has been the first and last stop for Croke Park crowds for three generations. It was rowdy, it was friendly, it was unforgettable. And then, for a while, it was dark.

In the winter of 2023 we climbed over the wall next door with a torch and a notebook. We saw the leaks, the damp, the floorboards swollen like sponges - and underneath all of it, we saw what nobody else could see.

“Dublin needs to wash away some of its grime with fresh ideas and new places. Quinn's will be that and more.”- Jay Bourke, Founder

Big but feels small. Full of secret areas, bars, spaces, corners. Unlike anywhere else in Dublin, or the world. That's the promise.
